The importance of prayer in a spiritual journey is pivotal. However, we are viewing prayer beyond the scope of religiosity, and more so as a means to commune with our Higher Self/Divine/Universe/God. In this video I share insights of how we can “throw the baby out with the bath water” when it pertains to any system or construct that feels inhibiting.
