The Lions Gate Portal #888 Activation What does this mean?

What is the Lions Gate Portal?

Every year of the eighth month and the 8th day which falls on August 8 is when the Earth, Sun, and Star Sirius are in cosmic alignment within the Leo zodiac. The Leo is associated to living from a heart centered courage and represent us shining like the Sun in our individual expression of the Divine.  To name it plainly, light travels and carries information, and the light from the Sirius in conjunction with the light of the Sun is being aligned to Earth. This alignment is said to create an increase the inhabitants of the Earth’s awareness of the spiritual aspect of our earthly existence. Think of it like the “veil” between the two worlds is thin, creating more energy awareness and life changing events so that we can take hold of our lives and opportunities that invite the change that we seek.

Within the last few months with the many planets that went retrograde and the eclipses, we have all on some level felt a shift in how we think, feel, and want to act or behave. This for many, has brought up much anxiety and uncertainty as in what steps to take and for others there has been clarity and newfound confidence. No matter where you may fall within this spectrum, change is definitely a factor for all of us. So what makes this particular cosmic event different? From my inner-standing, this cosmic event of aligning the spiritual world with the physical world creates access for us to not just connect with God/Universe, Higher self, our angels, or even ancestors, but also opens us up to be more receiving to the divine messages or downloads they are giving us. I am a firm believer that the divine is always making attempts to send signs or messages, however, we are often distracted by the fast-pace movement of our current society which can create barriers from the spiritual.

This spiritual gateway is reminding us to slow down and listen with our heart and inner ear to our divine consciousness for the direction that we are to go. There is an acceleration of time and an influx of information that is competing for our attention, much of it for our benefit; but with this information overload we can get bogged down, or worst yet analysis paralysis.

The Lions Gate portal power is a symbol of everything divine: energy, courage, femininity, masculinity, bravery, dichotomizing everything, yet bringing it too within its folds. This would allow us to believe that things are changing, and we need to be aware that things aren’t going to be the same for us anymore. Life is constantly changing.

This is where the number 8 is profound as it is the sign on infinity and stability. The influence of the number 8 signifies a time when we are more aware of the infinite possibilities and opportunities that are before us once we open ourselves to receive it. The number 8 also represents how we take control of the situations before us and realize that we need to work on everything that we have been missing out on. Importantly releasing and moving away from all that does not serve us in our lives anymore. This could range from relationships, friendships, jobs, locations, thought patterns, habits, etc. The Lions Gate is about honoring your past because it made you or assisted in defining who you are today so that you can become the person you desire to be.

What areas in your life are feeling the need to change or evolve? How has your past helped shape you into the person you are and who you desire to become? Please share below in the comments! Until next time!

XO, Tahiry

Are you seeing 11:11 or Repeating Numbers? What do they mean?

Have you been seeing repeating numbers such as: 111, 1111, 222, 333, or any repeating sequence of numbers? What do they mean? If you are seeing any of these numbers or set of sequence numbers it is a message from your angels, ancestors, or Higher-Self/God trying to make you aware of something.

Before there were letters or writing, numbers was the and is the first language or form of communication. Numbers are universal and will always be what they ae despite of culture, religion, or dimensions. Every number has an energetic vibrational/spiritual meaning, beginning with 0 to infinite.

The number 1 is a very important number, it represents new beginnings, individuality, uniqueness, manifestation and leadership. When we find 11, the first of the Master Numbers, it is considered as a symbol of inspiration, intuition, and connection with the higher aspect of yourself.

I began noticing sequent numbers back in 2014. I was going through the beginning of my spiritual awakening and a shift in my personal life. I first started seeing 111 and 1111; usually 1:11, 10:11 and 11:11. This would typically show up when I was either looking for an answer or confirmation on a decision or prayer I had.

I have learned on my path that when we see 11, 111, or 1111 we are asked by the Divine to check or pay attention to our thoughts and attitudes in revealing answers to our prayers. We are also being prompted to focus on our manifestations and not our fears.  Remember to trust your intuition as your are being divinely guided. Most importantly keep your thoughts positive and to avoid jealousy as it can damper your spirit and steer you away from your path in life.

If you are in a weak state or unsure as to what to do, call on the Divine, it will support you. 111 is telling you that you are supported and loved. Be mindful of your actions, you may be prompted to take action or start something new or of great importance for your life.

If see this number or any number sequence once or several times, it means you should take special attention to it and try to interpret the message that is being sent to you.

The Solar Plexus: Taking Back Control of You

Solar-Plexus-Chakra1

So far, in our Chakra series, we’ve covered Muladhara Chakra and Swadhistana Chakra. Today, we will explore Manipura Chakra.

Chakra,” in Sanskrit, translates to “wheel.” It implies a vehicle through which we perceive and believe as reality. Each chakra in our body corresponds to particular relationships we have had with others as well as our own physical organs, nervous system, senses, and body parts.

The 3rd Chakra, the Solar Plexus charka, is by far one of my favorite chakras. It is deemed the seat of our soul; meaning it is the center force of our identity, confidence and willpower. It is where the self-esteem, inner power and sense of responsibility originates; when it is strong we can accomplish and attain all that we wish and desire! Everything we need to be great is already inside of us. We need only to figure out how to access and harness it.

Located about six inches above your belly button within your diaphragm, the solar plexus chakra is associated with the color yellow and the element of fire. Physically, it supports your liver, pancreas, gallbladder, stomach and spleen. The lesson that this chakra provides is learning to relate to the self and express it fearlessly.

Daily Imbalance is Automatic. Daily Balancing Is A Choice

After matriculating the unconscious and subconscious of the Root and Sacral Chakra, our consciousness reaches the Solar Plexus to the realization of self. On a physical level, this chakra is the energy source, such as the digestive systems regulates energy from the foods we eat, on a spiritual or energetic level the Solar Plexus does the same. Think of it like this, we truly are what we eat. When we digest nutritionally dense and high vitality foods, we can expect our body to properly absorb and distribute the appropriate energy through out; and we can expect the adverse when we consume lesser quality foods.

When this chakra is imbalanced, one may experience feelings of powerlessness, shame and guilt. You may see any change in life as a threat to your well being or fear of the future. Fear of failure that you become stagnate or unmotivated, or feeling  as though your are limited or not “special enough” to accomplish anything. Also, the imbalance manifest on a physical level as digestive problems, ulcers, liver problems, gallstones, pancreas disorders such as diabetes or hypoglycemia; overeating or under eating.

My Story

I struggled with an imbalance in this chakra, and others, for many years. I grew up in a very strict military and religious family. Obedience and compliance was the main focal point of my upbringing, and any deviation was rendered with harsh punishment and even verbal belittlement. I became very anxious and nervous, terrified to make a mistake wanting to avoid punishment, I even internalized the religious God waiting to “strike me down” if I made any slight mistakes or forget to pray or read the bible. In addition, I was “picked” on about my weight by my family, although they “believed” it was out of fun, it made me very self conscious and my weight constantly yo-yo up and down through out my childhood through my early adult life.  I lived in constant fear of failing so much that I would not pursue my goals or dreams fully; I felt unworthy and underserving of happiness or success. And if I was to acquire any success, it was short lived, I would immediately remember some “failure” or “mistake” I made along the way, allowing unworthiness to creep back in.

I Healed My Story

I started my chakra healing journey about five years ago. I came to the point that I was tired of feeling as if life was passing me by, and mostly tired of being afraid. What has helped me along my journey was to forgive myself for every time I allowed fear of judgement or wrath stop me from speaking up for myself, for every project or idea that I did not complete, and for every over critical thought or words I said about myself. What I also came to realize is that anyone who has done anything great or doing something that is perceived great is just a person as well. The only difference is they are walking and living in their true power and confidence of their talents and gifts. We all have talents and gifts and with right application and cultivation, we can thrive and shine in them as well! Mostly everyone has self esteem issues. Mostly everyone is afraid of public speaking and mostly everyone is afraid of being a leader. When you realize these things, it makes it easier to take a stand and find the confidence it takes to do great things.

How to strengthen the Manipura Chakra

  1. Self Reflection

Let’s say you were a gardener. Your role is to care take the plants, herbs, or flowers that you are growing, so you would tend to any weeds that may sprout and shoo away any bugs from eating at your sprouting. You do not control how the sprouts grow, yet you foster the environment for it to grow; you and nature are in a symbiotic relationship to see these sprouts bloom and thrive. The same is for your life, goals, or any projects or anything that we take on in life. We are called to foster the environment so that our gifts and talents can thrive. We have a specific place and role in this universe while here on Earth, and we must nurture ourselves and allow God/Universe to do the same.

2. Redefinition

Shift your focus from accomplishment and accolades, and more to contribution. How do you contribute to the world? What difference do you make when you walk and live fully in who you are and what you can do? Accomplishments fuel the ego, while not a bad thing, it can become out of balance if that is our main drive; while contribution fuels the soul. Accomplishment is completely attached to outcome whereas contribution is not attached to outcome but is a reward in and of itself.

3. Cutting ties

As the gardener that is lovingly guarding the sprouting from weeds and predators, you are doing the same by distancing yourself from critical and negative people. This healing journey will have you feeling vulnerable and open, which is a beautiful place to be, however, it is a fragile time and should be guarded vigilantly to ensure that only the right nourishment is being received. During this time of your life, you’ll benefit from supportive people who will encourage you to grow, not unsupportive people who will drag you through the mud. Remember that the power is in your hands. It is up to you to decide who stays and goes in your life. If someone is frequently discrediting, underrating, or bad-mouthing you, take steps to remove them from your life. You are worth the effort!

4.  The CCS therapy

This method is a personal favorite, and really helped me feel connected to myself. The CCS therapy is Color, Crystal and Sound therapy. Solar plexus is associated to the color yellow. Yellow is one of the most luminous colors in the spectrum and represents sunshine, hope, positivity, and energy. I preferred wearing yellow, either a dress or top. When I wore this color I felt uplifted and desired to be seen in all of my glory! Crystals are a great vibrational healing tool. Citrine, Tigers eye, or Golden Calcite to name a few. You can wear them as jewelry, keep them in your pocket, or lay flat and rest them on the abdomen and receive their healing vibrations. I recommend a guided meditation if you choose to have them rest on you. Lastly, Sound therapy, the Manipura Chakra is associated to the “Ram” or intone vowel sound of “ahhh”. Saying these sounds in synch with wearing yellow and/or holding/resting with the associated crystals helps strengthen your connection to your self.

Full Moon in Sagittarius May 2018

sagittarius-full-moon-ritual

A Full moon occurs when the moon is opposite from the sun; Currently the Sun is transiting in Gemini and the moon is transiting through Sagittarius. This means they are on opposite sides of the zodiac wheel.

zodiac wheel

This highlights our opposing inner forces; such as needs vs. wants, work vs. home, desires vs. responsibilities, internal vs. external etc. what ever that may be, there is some sort of tension, conflict, or pulling we are feeling typically around a full moon. Also the moon highlights our connection to emotions, women or feminine energy in our lives, family or home, the way you nurture or receive nurturing.

A Full moon has its connection with the New Moon; those seeds of intentions that you planted or set forth, you may begin to see these come into fruition or more fine tuned or you may be urged to make an emotional adjustment towards your intentions. The moon’s lunar qualities are all about shifts and adjustments.

Sagittarius is the 9th sign of the zodiac, the third fire sign, Aries and Leo being the previous two, and she is symbolized as the Archer or Centaur. Sagittarius energy manifests through enlightenment, travel and truth-seeking. Curious Sagittarius is the sage that makes us hunger to expand and learn, sending us on adventures to determine the meaning of existence. Astrology site The Moon Woman described Sagittarius as a sign “who leaves convention to take up the quest for greater meaning”. She is governed by Jupiter, the planet of joy, expansion, fortune and luck, wisdom and higher learning, and travel.  As the third and final fire sign, it harnesses Aries’ trailblazing and Leo’s fiery leadership into a cosmic supernova of universal wisdom and action. Sagittarius is the inspirer and eternal optimist of the zodiac, challenging us to go big and seek limitless possibilities

So now that we have some background information on the moon and Sagittarius, let’s discuss the Full moon in Sagittarius:

The Full moon takes place on May 29, the same day Mercury, the planet of message and communication, transits into its ruling sign of Gemini; with the Sun and Mercury in Gemini and with the Full moon in Sagittarius, there is much focus on our message, communication, words, and attention to how we communicate or share ideas and feelings.  When these two signs come together we are being showed how is our message either positive and loving or is too logical and cold. Are you speaking life and positivity over your life and intentions, or are you cold and harsh to yourself and others? Are we ego driven or soul driven? Where is your peace of mind, what gives you peace of mind?

This moon is having us to reflect and come into the fullness of our truths, breaking free from the inner and external restrictions of expression. AND BEING AWARE how quickly our thoughts and words will manifest in our lives.

Also note, May 29, 2018 is a double 11 portal!

  • 29 reduces to 11 (2+9=11)

    2018 is an 11 Universal Year (2+0+1+8=11)

11 is the gateway of PRESENT MOMENT – a portal into love, abundance, compassion, intimate connections.
For this Full Moon, 11 is a gateway into everything Sagittarius represents – the quest for truth, travel, freedom, adventure, optimism, finding solutions, deep gratitude and fortunate expansion – feeling lucky and blessed.

Today’s Zodiac Chart (May 28, 2018, 5:25pm EST)

May28ChartWheel

Just a few things to note in this week, The Full moon is Sextile (think of it as the planets are making love to each other) to Mars in Aquarius, given us a new directional force with our actions. Observe where this new direction is taking you and act on your goals and instincts. Mars is also squaring (contention or wake up call) with Uranus in Taurus, you are feeling deep desire for freedom or independence. Putting your ideas and inspiration into a practical way that leads to action. Be aware not to act irrational, breathe through this and be receptive to inspiration and creativity, then act on or in a way that your spirit is leading you.

The Full moon is Semi-sextile (flirting going 1st base) to Saturn in Capricorn. Saturn is the great teacher and disciplinarian, and with this transit is asking us to be responsible and become are aware of where we need to readjust our risk and stay grounded. Sagittarius is all about throwing caution out the window, however, Saturn wants us to do that intelligently.

This moon energy is all about finding and following our true path, aligning with our authentic vision and our highest aspirations. Take a moment and focus on the journey like the Curious Sagittarius. There is an adventure ahead!

I WILL NOT settle for less.

What is the Sacral Chakra and How to balance it

sacral-chakra.png.

The sacral chakra, or Svadhisthana, is the second chakra and is associated with the emotional body, sensuality, and creativity. The Sacral chakra is characterized as the element water, to reflect the flow and flexibility of energy. The color associated to the Color orange, and symbolized by a six petal lotus flower.

This chakra allows us to embrace our personal identity or personal role in the world and feel the sweetness of life. It is located 2 inches below the navel or pelvic area, and holds the place for us to experience connectivity. pleasure, excitement, love, intuition, sensuality, and enjoyments. Someone with a balanced Sacral Chakra is open to the feelings and sensations of life and its experiences. They are present in their body, creativity, and deeply connected within their feelings. Therefore, if the second chakra is unbalanced, it can lead to addictions of drugs, sex, gambling and money. As a foundation for a healthy ego, an imbalanced sacral chakra can lead us to selling ourselves short or unable to express ourselves clearly, inability to establish healthy relationships, inability to accept one’s self or others as they are or unable to relate to self and others. A balanced second chakra has the ability to take risks and have resilience to recover when things do not go as planned.

The sacral chakra teaches us is that we create EVERY relationship-from casual to intimate relationships-and each has a purpose, no matter how painful or nurturing they may be. The sacral chakra helps us to be consciously aware of ourselves, others, and our own karma. Each relationship we have teaches us about our selves. And that NO ONE is perfect.
Physical manifestations of an imbalanced sacral chakra include the following:

Low energy
Reduced libido
Bladder discomfort/Constipation
Worsened allergy symptoms
Urinary problems and kidney infections
Back pain
Gynecological cysts
Irregular menstruation
Infertility and impotency
Mental or Emotional Symptoms of a blocked or imbalanced sacral chakra:

Depression
Fear and insecurity
Jealousy
Low self- esteem
Isolation and detachment from the society
Excessive loss from realty and attracted towards the fantasies
Addictive behavior

Ways to Heal or unblock the Sacral Chakra

What has helped me through my journey was practicing being mindful and present in the moment. I started by carrying with me a little pocket journal, any emotion I may have felt I would note it, the time, and what I believed triggered the emotion. I also would wear the color orange either in clothing, jewelry, or nail polish. I loved drawing as a child, so I started coloring and painting. That practice helped me tap into my inner-child and expression of creativity. It taught me to be open to what ever would come out of me, free of judgement, just allow it to be. In addition with my Root Chakra, dancing was a great form of expression for me. I would literally, and still do, rock out to my favorite tunes; movement is healing for me. Additionally, I would keep a Carnelian or Tangerine Quartz crystal in my pocket through out the day, or when I was creating my art or dance.

sacralstones

Since the sacral chakra is associated with the element of water; I started a regular practice of taking Spiritual baths. For more on Spiritual baths click here. I would run me a nice warm bath, add Pink Himalayan salt, Epsom salt, baking soda, and a few drops of essential oil that are associated to the sacral chakra, such as rose (my personal favorite), orange, or sandalwood. I would soak in the bath for up to 30 minutes, and during that time I would then burn the associated chakra candle to help invoke the energy to flow through.
Sacral Chakra Candle

sacralcandle

In addition, I would either listen to a Sacral Chakra guided meditation or visualize myself feeling and living out my heart’s desire with no limits or judgements. This became apart of my weekly Self’-Love and Self-Compassion practice. I have learned to be gentle with myself and pamper myself more.

These are a few tools that helped me connect and align with my Sacral Chakra. If you try any of them please let me know how they worked out for you. Also, are there any techniques or healing methods that you may use that I have not mention? If so please share! Please join my mailing list to be added to the #DevineTribe we look forward to healing and ascending with you!

Root Chakra and How I Healed it

Root-Chakra-2
The Root Chakra, formerly called Muladhara, is our first energy center. This chakra is located at the base of our spine all the down to the perineum. It is important to balance this chakra before balancing the others, from an energetic standpoint because it is the grounding or foundation of our energy center.

The Root Chakra is like our roots, similar to that of a tree or plant, securely grounded and self reliant. This Chakra deals with the physical and survival needs, such as safety, security, basic survival needs, aspect of our identity, self-preservation, and sex drive.

If you are not properly grounded (or rooted into the ground) you simply can not balance the other chakras properly. All chakras are either balanced or imbalanced i.e. over-active or under-active.

How to tell if your chakra is balanced or imbalanced?

If your root chakra is in balance:

You are more likely to feel secure in your world and daily tasks will seem effortless. There is very little doubt about your place in the world, your relationships, money or career. You will feel that you belong and in harmony with the world around you.
If your root chakra is imbalanced:
Over-Active Root Chakra:

If the root chakra is over-active you more likely to experience anger, frustration, annoyance, and maybe aggression towards people and events in your life. It may be difficult for you to understand your place in the world and find harmony with life. You may express dependency characteristics, looking for security and stability from other people, a job/career, and have very rigid or no boundaries. You may find any form of change difficult, becoming controlling and greedy, manipulative; also cam exemplify impulsive or materialistic behaviors, attempting to find your value or worth through the accumulation of things. Over-eating over drinking. Substance abuse. Self-loathing or low self-esteem and lack of love and compassion towards yourself and others. Some may experience an over-active sex drive. Physically, you might have symptoms of digestive problems, lower back issues, hip pain, ovarian cysts in women or prostate issues in men.
Under-Active Root Chakra:
If your root chakra is under-active you may feel disconnected from the world around you, including from your body. You may have no or very little boundaries. You may feel fearful, anxious or restless with life; lacking desire or drive. There may be difficult establishing healthy relationships or friendships. You may be withdrawn and socially and emotionally unavailable to those around you. Substance abuse. Escapism. Consequently, you may suffer with depression, anxiety, and lack focus, not eating. Financial troubles. Security or stability issues.

What causes Root Chakra imbalances

Root Chakra imbalances typically can start in childhood, When one or several aspects of our basic needs are not met, such as lack a in home finances, food, shelter, or affection can a create a blockage or imbalance. Living or growing up in a toxic environment where one was in a constant fight or flight instinct response. Lack of support or grounding, feeling like one does not belong. Fear or the inability to be one’s self, feelings of suppression and oppression, living or experience a state of danger, sexual abuse, emotional and physical abuse can cause an imbalance in the Root Chakra.

How to balance your Root chakra

As the foundation Chakra it is best to focus on taking care of your survival needs first. Knowing that you are HERE in this life for a purpose, even if you may not feel it YOU must KNOW IT and ACCEPT IT. Start by focusing on your breath, practice breathing techniques that focus strictly on the inhale and exhale of your breath. Take time each day focusing on your connection to your present moment, to Earth, and the Universe. I personally had an under-active Root Chakra. I felt disconnected from this life, my body, and the many people that I had around me. I could literally be in a room full of people and feel alone. Practicing focus on the Breath helped me feel connected to life, like I was meant to be here; and with each breath I felt my life force feel renewed and restored. During my breathing practices I would where Red to help usher in the vibration of that color. At the time when I began working to heal my Root chakra I did not have any healing crystals or other spiritual tools. All I had was my mind made up that I was ready for change and I resourced whatever I had on hand.

Also, the Root chakra deals with the physical aspect; I always enjoyed dancing, so I would have a full solo dance party; playing all my favorite uplifting jams. The music and movement not only uplifts the spirits, but also helps release feel good chemicals through out, aiding in the healing process. I later started doing yoga and Pilates with out having to leave my home, thanks to YouTube! From there I started journaling more, I always journaled, however, this time with the intent to focus on my Root chakra healing. I wrote out my trauma experiences and then rewrote how I would have wanted that experience to have went. I literally was reprograming my experiences.

Another huge part of my healing was connecting with nature. Finding a tree and leaning your back against it is quite healing. Trees are full of years of earth wisdom and energy. Also, I began gardening, I started out with hanging flowers in apartment. The act of caring for nature allowed me to see my own need of nurturing and care; and be receptive to it.

Why you should take a Spiritual Bath

spitibath

I was first introduced to the concept of Spiritual Bathing a few years ago when I started my journey. In this post I am going to share with you what exactly is a spiritual bath, how to have a spiritual bath, and why you should add this to your spiritual practice.

We learned in my Chakra post that every living whether it is a plant, an animal, a human, an insect, or a microorganism, is made up of energy. Energy is not limited to just our physical bodies, it also manifest spiritually, mentally, and emotionally as well. This energy field of our body is the Aura.

Just as we clean our physical bodies, our energy field needs to be cleansed as well. We are in constant contact with many different people and environments that we can pick up or have its energy attach itself to us. Particularly in relationships whether casual or intimate, we are collecting so many different energies from those around us that it becomes a necessity that we cleanse our aura, or spiritual bath. Just as you feel clean and refreshed from a physical bath, a spiritual bat similarly boosts and refreshes you spiritually. Also how we would not just take a physical bath one time, the same is true for a spiritual bath; it does not have to be everyday, but should be frequent enough to keep you feeling renewed, uplifted, and confidant.

Spiritual baths are ancient practices, traditionally practiced by energy healers or shamans in order to assist patrons to keep their energy cleared from negative energies. Spiritual baths have been referenced in biblical text and other holy books. These ritualistic and symbolic practice helps release old pains, breakups, losses and assist in preparing for new goals, building up strength, healing trauma, seeking balance and reclaiming power

The first thing to note a spiritual bath should not be used in the same manner as a physical bath. A physical bath or shower must be taken first, cleansing the body and hair before submerging in the spiritual bath. It is recommend that the bathroom space to be cleaned and smudged prior to starting the bath. This way the energy can flow smoothly, Remember cleanliness is next to godliness.

The ingredients I use for my spiritual baths:

Epsom Salt

Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt (do not use table salt)

Baking soda

Florida water

Olive oil (or the oil of your choice)

Crystal or Gemstones (optional)

Essential oils (optional)

Herbs (optional)

There are several different recipes for spiritual baths, for more click here

After preparing my bath, I would light a candle associated to what ever intention I am placing for my bath, i.e a pink or green candle for self love and beauty, red for grounding or Root chakra healing, or a white candle for any other intention I am setting. I like to set out five or ten minutes before my bath dedicated in prayer or meditation to set the atmosphere for my spirit attunement and connection with the Divine. Then I’ll submersed myself in the tub and spend no longer than 30 minutes in the bath. While in there, I focus on my intention or prayer, I may just sit quietly and visualize my heart’s desire or intention. I stay open and allow myself to be in the moment. I could be fixated on the flicker of the candle flame or just the sounds of the water. It’s really what ever I need it to be at the time I do it.

How often should I have a spiritual bath

When I first began my journey I took a spiritual bath every week. As I sojourned, I typically do one once a month or as often as my spirit guides me to do so. It really depends on how often you feel drawn to do one. Trust yourself and your spirit guides as to how often you will need one. Stay attuned to spirit and your body and you will know exactly what you will need for your spiritual bath.

The benefits of spiritual baths

On a physical level, these are a great detox and calming exercise! Cleansing your aura from the environment and people that we come into contact with leaves the mind, body, and spirit feeling renewed and refreshed. This is where a salt water bath can provide a wonderful way to cleanse your aura and increase your health and vitality. Our energy body is constantly readjusting itself to bring our energy back into harmony and adding this practice to your spiritual arsenal can assist you in staying balanced and in harmony with yourself and the Divine.

Do you practice spiritual baths, and how often? What recipes do you use? I look forward to hearing from you! If this post as been helpful to you in anyway please let me know in the comment section! Talk to you all soon!
